Malicious Minds

Mmm I finally bought my hedgehog! It’s a boy and it’s called Oakey!
He’s about 2 months plus now and sleeping most of the time.
He’s only active at night.
He gets grumpy when I wake him up from his sleep.
He loves sleeping in his little hidebox.
He’s so cute and only the size of my palm.
He has such a cute little nose.
He has tiny and cute paws.
And also, he’s my distraction.
He keeps me a little bit occupied.
He keeps me company during these few quiet nights.
But sometimes he makes it a little harder for me though.
He reminds me of it.
He doesn’t even bother waking up to take my mind off it.

Ah well. =/

Weird. And uneasy. But I seem to get the feeling that things will change…or maybe it’s just me. *shrugs*

Ah finally holidays! Had our last exam paper today which was Malaysian Studies. I think for me it was the easiest paper among other subjects. Hahaha. It was more or less like History during high school. So yeah, I guess I could still recall certain stuffs about Malayan Union and etc.

Anyway, let’s rewind back to Monday. I did something which was well…another "whoa" like the pole dance. Haha.

I pierced my nose and I dragged Jacinta to do it too. Lol. =P

The stud that they gave initially was a little too big so we went to another shop to get smaller ones and have them change for us. It hurt a little but I suppose that’s better than walking around with a shiny silver mini ball on our noses.

The next day we went to this western restaurant which Teddy and I discovered one late night and found that they charged surprisingly cheap for such good food. So I brought Jacin, Angie and Zanne there.

I felt that this week flew by real fast especially with our exam going on. Now we’ve finished our last paper and its a week holiday for us. But even so, it wouldn’t really be much of a holiday for us. Ah, the pain of assignments! The worse of all - Malaysian Studies. We need to write a bloody 12-paged essay. =/ Grrr…

Ah well, it does relieve the stress by a bit though. And I get to sleep in till late =P.

Oh. My. God. I can’t believe what I did in front of so many people at college just now during the Orientation Dinner. It was like I was…possessed or something when I did that. Oh my godddd…now when I think of it, I feel so damn embarrassed. Ahhhhh!

Gah. I was just standing at the side at the front of the crowd leaning against the handrail just chilling when that emcee guy came over and invited me to the center with him. So I gave him my hand thinking we were going to do some sort of "innocent" game or something.

But oh noooo.

He actually asked me to pole dance. Yes. Pole dance. And the "pole" is a human. A male human. Omggggg. Argh. I don’t know what came over me but I did it. YES! I "pole" danced around that guy wearing a clown hat. My friends said it was hot but ahhhh I feel so damn embarrassed about it now.

Sigh. Now when I go to college, they’re all gonna recognize me as the "human-pole dancing" girl. (>.<)

Ah well. All I can say it I just feel so OMFG.

Hmm…today was pretty eventful. A lot happened today and I would say it helped us understand ourselves and others better. We held a large meeting to explain ourselves about the leakage of a certain blog that wasn’t meant for their eyes. I would say the star of the day has to be Meliza. She was awesome. People from other rooms had their eyes transfixed on her when she gave her explanation. I almost cried listening to her.

Anyway, all seven of us that were involved with this "scandal" were given a chance to speak ourselves. I kinda have a feeling now that I should have spoken more but then again, I wouldn’t have known what to say because I wasn’t really that involved in it. But in the end I suppose everyone realised their own mistakes and all shall be forgotten. So that’s everything I guess. No more college drama….I hope. =P

I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at the current situation in my class. It’s almost sooo predictable. So yes I do admit we were a bit shallow and low to do such a thing as to blog about a single person’s flaw. (though I didn’t really participate much) Ah, yes and the whole class found out. But then today when we went to class there were whisperings that WE TALKED ABOUT EVERYONE. Yes, we were shocked that such lies were spread.

But oh no. This is the best part.

I was just told that someone else who always hung around us posted stuff about EVERYONE in her own blog which link she posted at our blog that we created ourselves as the joint contributers. And guess what? She inserted OUR names into it also without even us knowing. Ah ha ha ha. Yeah, so you can guess what’s the atmosphere in class right now. I can almost feel the tension slicing the air.

Hmm…so yeah. I feel really pissed at that single person said above. True yes, I feel guilty about doing what we did just to someone. It is a really low thing to do. But then the revelation of the roots of all this just now, it made me feel really embarrassed. For something which we did not do, it became our total fault.

For Christ’s sake, if that bloody person want to gossip about the WHOLE class in her own blog, please just go on ahead but just don’t freakin’ include ALL OF US.

Sigh I really am speechless. Now we have to apologize on her behalf because everyone thinks we did it. Gah.

This. Is. Just. So. Typical.

Ah did I tell you how much I love having my Fridays free? Absolutely no classes. The weekend starts officially on Thursday nights for me. Just awesome.

Anyway, today Ms. Catherine had all of us FICM students to go to the launching of the event done by the Sem 6 Diploma in Communications students. It’s this professional communications consultancy company thing that’s run by students themselves. They did a pretty darn good job. And had honorary guests attend as well.

Guess who was one of them? Joel Neoh! Okay, I guess he is quite a nobody to most of us. I only saw his face on TV a few times for this Malaysian version of The Apprentice. He won the first season. So yeah, when I saw him today I was like "damn that guy looks so familiar." I thought that maybe, oh he might just be one of the students.

But then, they introduced him as the winner of The Firm and then I remembered. Also, Khai Lee was there. For those who don’t know him as well, he kinda started theCicak website. And if you don’t know theCicak as well, I guess…nevermind. Haha. The HOT one though, is Joel. He looks much better in person and on stage. I did some research when I came back and I read that he did some modeling before. And that makes him hotter. He was sitting the row in front of me. Isn’t that just awesome?

Ah, last but not least, guess what? I got the World Class scholarship! I know! Me! Of all people, me! Haha. My parents were…purely ecstatic. I could tell. And they said when Taylor’s issue a cheque back to refund the fees for the first semester, I can keep it! Yay! =P Just so awesome, huh?

Mmm…right. Gotta get back to work now. Movie review! Argh. Find it kinda like a pain in the butt. Ah well. Should be a piece of cake, according to Teddy. Hehe. Bye!

Again I’m back for the weekend. There’s Internet! Yay! Yippiez! Haha.

Anyway, as you might know I don’t have classes on Fridays. So instead of just staying at home and shaking our legs we decided to ambush Angelyn with a surprise birthday lunch. Technically, her birthday is tomorrow but we figured out it was better to do it today.

So on Wednesday after class, Zanne, Jacinta and I went over to Sunway Pyramid to look for a place where we could eat, laugh and camwhore all we want. We settled with this restaurant Jack’s Place and made reservations for Friday. We even managed to get the manager to throw in a free brownie for the birthday girl.

It was actually supposed to be a surprise. But later Angelyn told us that earlier Ruby sent an sms saying that she’s sorry not being able to come. So Angie already knew about it. Hmm =/. But still we had an awesome time.

After the lunch, Meliza and Zhao Wern had to leave us coz they had a class at 2pm. The rest of us went for a movie Definitely, Maybe. We missed a few minutes of the beginning which made it a bit confusing for me until almost the end when I finally got it. It’s a sweet movie, I’m gonna download and watch it again.

Then, Jacinta like always said she was hungry. We went to have crepes and waffles at Pancakes International (I think that’s the name) but decided although it tasted pretty okay, the price and serving size was crap compared to Waffle World. So we finished what we ordered and then went of to Waffle World to have more waffles.

Can you actually believe that? We went to 3 different places to eat today. And it was Jacinta who suggested it. Grr… She has like super high metabolism rate. Constantly complaining of being hungry. So wherever or whatever she eats, sometimes I eat too. Hence, the extra 5 pounds I’ve gained. =( In only 3 weeks. =’(

Ahhh…I need to get into a gym and I’ll drag all of them with me. =/

And good news! Guess what? I got shortlisted for another scholarship offered by Taylor’s. It’s called Taylor’s World Class Scholarship. Its like global recognition. And the interview is on Monday. Zomg! =S

Ahh I hope I do well. Because if I do, it’s 100% tuition fees waiver. Then my parents wouldn’t have to pay for it and maybe that would mean more allowance. =D

Haha. I seriously am broke. I overspent in a single day.

Sigh. How I wish…

So the first week of college has passed. It’s Friday night and I am back at my own home. Already on the third day we were given our first assignment for English. We were supposed to produce an advertisement for a product or service. We decided to do a service as we would not have to go through the trouble of looking for a unique product that is worth advertising.

Today we did the video shooting at Subang Parade. We spent half a day there and at the college. And today was supposed to be our off day. =/ Ah well…that’s college life for you I guess.

Anyway I shall not reveal what our presentation is about yet until we’ve finalised everything. Should take a day or two for the editing. Hopefully all goes well and as planned. *close eyes and crosses fingers*

Presentation next Tuesday. I have to figure out what to wear. =/

College started today! Woke up at 7:45AM feeling pretty nervous. Spent most of my time on my hair coz today is one of the worst ever bad hair days I ever had. It would not lie flat and it was getting wavy. Ugh.

Anyway then, today was the first Orientation Day. At the beginning I was kinda alright but towards the end, my eyelids felt like it weighed a hundred pounds. Ugh.

So I finished at 4:00PM and trudged back to my apartment. Took a shower and a quick nap. Then, Teddy came to take me out to dinner at SS15. And now I’m at Teddy’s place stealing Internet for my laptop since my apartment doesn’t have yet until in about 2 weeks time. =/ Ah well. At least it feels good to leave independently. =D
