Pitter patter pitter patter
Hear the rain on the window panes
My heart has shatter
Into a million remains
A streak of light
Flashes across the dark skies
Lost without a fight
Left alone with my heartfelt cries
The leaves rustle noisily in the wind
The wind howling on my behalf
I’ve been left blind
All I can hear is the echo of your laugh
The wind raging against the rain
Boasting his strength and power
Happiness no longer I’m able to feign
Depression building up as high as a tower
Little animals cowering under shelter
While frogs rejoice under the rainfall
As the pain begin to falter
Your name is all I call
Suddenly, the wind decides to be humble
All that’s left is a slight drizzle
To my feet I stumble
My insides starts to fizzle
At last, the storm has subsided
The skies are clearing
I’m left undecided
For there you stand sneering

Something i wrote while i was feeling a little down…(mood swings).
Anyway this isn’t one of my best poems…could have written better.
