You know, on the day before yesterday (Friday), my friends and I were cursing to ourselves. Saying how unlucky we were. First we got wet in the rain and I mean really wet. We were soaked to the skin!! Halfway home my friend stopped at a house to borrow an umbrella from an unknown lady. LOL. Poor lady…she looked so confused. I think I probably would have been too. Imagine suddenly four soaking wet girls appear at your door asking to borrow an umbrella. So the four of us tried to squeeze under one tiny pink umbrella. Note that it was PINK. Luckily it was a Loreal umbrella. Anyway after several hours, the rain had stopped so we decided to return the umbrella to that kind unknown lady. On the way to her house, a lorry spraying some kinda pesticide or something came. it was moving towards us and we couldn’t go anywhere so there we just stood letting the smelly smoke engulf us. Ugh! Another misfortune.
So then, the next day (yesterday). We went to KLCC as a little treat for ourselves as we had so many misfortunes lately. So after the usual tom yam, movie, and ice cream we decided to see what event was happening downstairs. It was the CLEO 50 MOST ELIGIBLE BACHELORS. And guess who was one of them??? ADAM CARRUTHERS!!! If you don’t know who is he, you better watch more tv. He’s one of the host of the 8TV Quickie. That tall, fair guy. Yes! Him!! At first I was the only excited one. But after a few more excited squeals I got my other friends excited too. So when the event had already ended…fans were allowed to meet them. So there we were lining up to see Adam!! We were totally star struck especially the two of us (CM and I) Though i have to say he looks better on screen. So there I stood in front of him with no idea what to say or do. So finally i stretched out my hand and said "
Hi! Adam!" He shook my hand!!! And i spoke to him!! Then we asked for pictures and i stood beside him and he had his hand on my shoulder!!! Aaah… LOLZ..i sound crazy don’t i? So anyway there was this camera man taking our pictures too!! So embarassing! Hahaha.
After everything had subsided, we decided we should better get home. So then we board onto our train. We were still so overexcited that we almost missed our stop until another friend pointed out "KL Sentral". For one milisecond we stood there looking at each other before we started screaming and rushing out of the train before the doors closed. Lol. That was one close call. All the way home we could only talk about Adam, Adam, Adam. Still can’t believe I actually saw him!!! *temporarily faints*
